A little about me…
If we’re meeting for the first time, let me briefly introduce myself. My name is Dalila Jones Stitz. I’m a certified health coach and bible educator, and my life’s mission is to help Christians achieve health and wellness through the application of biblical and natural health principles.
I grew up thinking junk food was one of the major food groups. Ok. I didn’t really believe that, but I sure consumed it like it was essential to life. You can guess how that panned out for me. I ended up with lots of health problems as an adult.
Naturally (or not so naturally come to think of it) I tried to medicate my way out of poor diet and lifestyle habits.
But, that didn’t turn out so great either.
Fortunately, thanks to several medical professionals who went WAY beyond standard of care practices, I discovered that “Food is Medicine”. Like, literally.
Clean eating has had profound impacts on my health.
And then, one day while studying my Bible it dawned on me.
When we eat in alignment with biblical principles – consuming whole foods the way that God made them, and in the state that he made them in – “miracles” happen.
Our bodies heal.
I wrote Eating by the Book to make the case for Christians to eat a biblically-based, clean eating diet.
But knowing what to do, and doing what we know are two entirely different things.
Overhauling our entire way of eating can be an overwhelming experience.

When we submit ourselves fully to being obedient to God’s Word and walk in faith, the Father will empower us through His Holy Spirit to accomplish everything that He has set out for us to do.
